the idea is to make a one stop mobile solution shop that provides multi brand handsets accessories all under one roof.

Market Demand: the proposed system will automate the existing manual system and make it user friendly. With the required training the users will find the system easier to operate. The system cuts down the time delay of the existing manual system.

Relevant Products in the market: no there is currently no relevant product in the market as per my knowledge.

Target Customers: the target customer will be mostly the big phone manufacturers to help them sell and then the current store owners who sell good currently but need a little less hassle to manage their stores in multiple locations.

Required Knowledge or Expertise: for the customer/seller/company point of view any person who has access to internet and can access it to do online payment will be able to use it easily.

Estimated Budget: to be estimated the business model will require at least 2crore to be implemented and then as the network expands the costing can decrease down to about 50 lacs

Product Pricing: product pricing will be around 1–5lac rupees per store depending upon the size and stock that the store currently handles

Marketing Plan: The marketing will be done with the help of the leading marketing agencies telling the store owners to know what are the benefits of joining with us to sell or telling the companies how they can sell more and create a better profit than what they are currently getting

Risk Analysis: the risk in the market will be marginally high due to the big players like amazon and flipkart domination this segment but when established this project shows a pretty trusting result

Milestone and Timeline: our milestone will be to reach each and every corner of the country and deliver the goods to the people as less time as possible and we hope to reach that mark by 4 years
